Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We also accept business checks, money order or wire transfer. All merchandise will be shipped after funds have cleared. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

When you place an order - you will receive an invoice via email. Once that invoice is paid - we will begin shipping your product(s).

A restocking fee of 5% will be accessed for purchases made and cancelled after processing.


We offer a 5% discount on orders over $25,000.00.

A 50% down payment is required on all out of stock or specialty items to guarantee product availability. There will be no refund on specialty item deposits. All orders will be filled according to order date. Remainder of balance is due prior to shipment or delivery to client.

Contact information including an email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the use of Riverside Pellet Mills LLC and will not be sold or passed on. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing address are used solely to bill the customer for their order.


Machinery for residential use carries a 6 months parts warranty on parts other than normal wear parts. Here are a few examples of normal wear parts not covered by the warranty: belts, rollers, dies, bearings, etc.. Commercial use machinery carries a 90 day parts warranty on parts other than normal wear parts. Here are a few examples of normal wear parts not covered by the warranty: belts, rollers, dies, bearings, etc. For parts under warranty, we will need a credit card number to charge the warranted part before we ship it out. You will need to send the defective part back to us. Once it is determined that it is a warranty issue, a refund will be issued to the credit card. Shipping costs of all warranty parts is the responsibility of the customer.

All American motors (which is 90% of what we carry) have a manufacturer's one year warranty from the date of manufacture.
